vem<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de um polo industrial, cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma guarda mirim, estas foram algumas das propostas apresentadas, nesta sexta-feira (15), na audi\u00eancia p\u00fablica promovida pelo Prefeitura de Bandeirantes para debater a Lei de Diretrizes Or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias (LDO) e a Lei Or\u00e7amentaria Anual (LOA) para 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o prefeito, Celso Abrantes, a audi\u00eancia foi importante para ouvir a popula\u00e7\u00e3o sobre as necessidades do munic\u00edpio. &#8220;Esse \u00e9 o primeiro or\u00e7amento formulado pela nossa gest\u00e3o e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da sociedade nos ajuda a identificar os problemas e propor um or\u00e7amento que v\u00e1 de encontro com o desejo de mudan\u00e7a de todos os Administra\u00e7\u00e3o e contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o vice-prefeito Marinho Serpa, do presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal, Marcelo Abdo, e dos vereadores, Mario Jos\u00e9 de Souza, Gelson Guimar\u00e3es, Maisa Aparecida dos Santos e Zulene Diniz.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s as contribui\u00e7\u00f5es, o or\u00e7amento segue para a Comiss\u00e3o de Elabora\u00e7\u00e3o, Planejamento e Acompanhamento do Or\u00e7amento para a reda\u00e7\u00e3o final do projeto. A LDO ser\u00e1 encaminhada pelo prefeito para an\u00e1lise e aprova\u00e7\u00e3o dos vereadores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LDO e LOA?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A LDO e a LOA s\u00e3o instrumentos essenciais para o planejamento e a gest\u00e3o das finan\u00e7as p\u00fablicas, garantindo a transpar\u00eancia e controle de gastos.<\/p>\n<p>A LDO define as regras e prioridades para o or\u00e7amento anual e serve de par\u00e2metro para a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o da lei or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria.\u00a0J\u00e1 a LOA estima as receitas e fixa as despesas do or\u00e7amento anual.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Polo Industrial em Bandeirantes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para o presidente da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Industrial de Bandeirantes, Dervino Antunes dos Santos, a audi\u00eancia permite a sociedade participar da formula\u00e7\u00e3o do or\u00e7amento e apresentar suas propostas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Faz 4 anos que estamos nessa luta para a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de um polo industrial em nossa cidade&#8221;, afirmou.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 o servidor Orlando Junior apresentou proposta para cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma guarda mirim no munic\u00edpio. Segundo ele o projeto vai servir para capacitar e conscientizar os adolescentes. O programa ficaria sob a responsabilidade da Secretaria de Assist\u00eancia Social.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PMPI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Outra novidade para 2026 \u00e9 a incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano Municipal da Primeira Inf\u00e2ncia (PMPI) ao or\u00e7amento municipal. O plano prev\u00ea a\u00e7\u00f5es direcionadas para crian\u00e7as de 0 a 6 anos e tem o objetivo de melhorar a qualidade dos servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos oferecidos, assegurar a igualdade de direitos e contribuir para o desenvolvimento saud\u00e1vel das crian\u00e7as de 0 a 6 anos.<\/p>\n<p>O coordenador-geral do plano, Adeblando Alves, afirmou que \u00e9 importante que as a\u00e7\u00f5es sejam incorporadas ao or\u00e7amento para que comecem a ser executadas em 2026.<\/p>\n<p>O PMPI j\u00e1 foi aprovado pelo Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente (CMDCA) e vai ser
